SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Delivery time:shipments will be made on Tuesdays and Fridays of each week, and starting from the day of shipment, the products will be delivered within 4 working days for Italy and 7 for Europe, unless a different deadline is communicated on our site during the periods of holidays and closure of Aquanegra.

Once the order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming payment and the successful order and subsequently, again based on the shipping days indicated above, you will receive an email with the shipment number in order to be able to follow the arrival of the your package in real time.

Aquanegra is not responsible for the possible delay in the delivery of the products attributable to the shipper or due to force majeure.

 

Shipping prices: the shipping cost estimate is provided after entering the shipping address during the purchase. In Italy, shipping is free for orders over €79.00; in Europe, shipping is free for purchases over €200.00.

 

Delivery and verification upon arrival of the goods: upon delivery by the courier in charge of the Aquanegra products, you are required to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials. Any damage must be reported immediately to the courier making the delivery.

 

Absence of the addressee: in case of impossibility of delivery even on the following day due to the absence of the recipient, the courier will contact you to schedule a new delivery in the next 10 days. In the event of further impossibility of delivery due to the absence of the customer within that period, the products covered by the order will be returned to Aquanegra.
Any expense relating to any new shipment will in any case be borne by the Customer.
Therefore, we remind you to check the shipment number received with the confirmation email to monitor its status and to contact us at info@aquanegra.com in case of problems.

 

Where do we ship?

Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, Hungary.

Please note that any shipments outside the countries listed above will only be made for orders over €300.00. For any information, please write to us at:info@aquanegra.it.com.

Return conditions

If you have changed your mind, you can return the product received within 7 days of delivery by sending an email toinfo@aquanegra.com, indicating name and surname, address and order number.

The product must be sent, always within 7 days from the date of receipt, to Silvia Cesarini at the following address: Via Cesare Battisti, 4 – Melzo (MI) CAP 20066 - ITALY.

The shipment for sending the goods must be organized and paid for by the Customer who will be responsible for returning the product until it arrives at its destination.

The right of withdrawal can only be exercised upon notification by the Customer via email, as indicated above, and only if the products are provided with the relative intact packaging, bag and label and are perfect at the time of return; therefore, in case of used or damaged products, you will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Upon return, therefore, we will carry out the necessary checks relating to the conformity of the product as indicated above and in the event that the checks are concluded positively, Aquanegra will refund the amount of your order within 10 working days.
 

Attention: it is not possible to return customized products (such as color change, size, stones and the like).

If the delivered goods are different from those ordered or in the event that the goods are faulty, please notify us as soon as possible by email atinfo@aquanegra.it.comalways indicating the order references (name and surname, order number and address) and attaching photographs of the incorrect or defective product.

Following the photographic verifications and the control of the goods in our warehouse, the reresponsibility of Aquanegra (sending the wrong product or defective item), you can return* the product by always sending it to Silvia Cesarini, Via Cesare Battisti, 4 – Melzo (MI) CAP 20066 - ITALY. You will be refunded within 10 working days of receiving the shipment at our office.

Also in this case, the shipping costs and the responsibility for sending the product will be charged to the Customer.

Our products may contain imperfections to be considered a guarantee of manual craftsmanship and a characteristic trait of the brand.
